We have created this journal and planner to help you reflect back on the last year with curiosity, to assess what went well, what didn’t, what you want more/less of and what direction you would like to follow into 2025.
The practice of self-reflection is a powerful way to review how things have gone, how we have developed as people and review the effectiveness of our actions. It allows us to look neutrally at our thoughts, feelings, reactions and behaviours.
This is an invitation to pause, take some time for yourself and write down everything that comes into your mind. This is a non-judgemental practice, so please be kind to yourself and if or when any judgement arises, meet it with curiosity rather than shame or guilt.
